HYDRAULIC TEST BENCH WITH CHART RECORDER

Our Subsea Control Component Test Bench offers a cost-effective solution   for enhancing the reliability of critical subsea MUX control components. This test bench allows personnel to perform function, pressure, flow, and cycle tests on these components, ensuring they are fit for deployment. It also enables users to test rebuilt or suspect components before subsea deployment, helping to reduce maintenance expenses and non-productive time. By using this   test bench, users gain valuable insights into the behavior of the tested components.

Inlet Pressure: 5000 PSI

Output Pressures:

  • Full inlet pressure

  • 0-4000 PSI regulated

  • 0-3000 PSI regulated for pilot

Flow Rate: Up to 50 gallons per minute

Filtration: 10-micron filter on inlet

Accumulators & Isolation Valves: For fluid dampening and flow testing

Gauges:

  • 7500 PSI (Inlet pressure)

  • 7500 PSI (5K Output Supply)

  • 7500 PSI (4K Output Supply)

Test Bench Capabilities:

Designed to operate, flow, and pressure test subsea control valves for MUX pods, the test bench features multiple gauges to monitor testing and a chart recorder for documenting test pressures. A power supply is included for solenoid-operated pilot valve testing.

Test Frame Dimensions: 84" L x 34" D x 77" H, with lifting padeyes

Enclosed Test Cell: For mounting components, with quick connects and a   clear impact-resistant panel


Control Valves & Equipment: Housed on the opposite panel for easy access

Hydraulic Circuits: Rated for 5,000 PSI, with a 3,000 PSI regulator for   pilot circuits


Filtration: 10-micron, 5,000 PSI inlet filter


Connections: 1" JIC for inlet, return, and pan drain


Quick Connects & Gauges: 7,500 PSI gauges and test ports at every   connection point


Power & Pilot Hydraulics

Power Hydraulics: Capable of 50 GPM at 5,000 PSI, with flow meter, isolation valves, and needle valve for venting


Pilot Hydraulics: Includes a 4,000 PSI regulator, isolation valves, and   multiple outlets for pressure testing


Additional Features:

Accumulator Connection: For large components, with bleed-down needle valves   and isolation options

Solenoid Valve Testing Circuit: With a connection port to a one-quart   accumulator and relevant controls

Power Supply: 24V (110/220V), with indicators and control switch

Documentation: The test bench comes with an operations manual that includes   drawings, a bill of materials, and detailed instructions for conducting component tests.

Note: Valves, regulators, or other fixtures required for adapting to   customer-specific valves are not included.
