The BOP Fluid Conditioning & Monitoring System is designed to continuously recirculate the mixed BOP fluid while exposing it to a series of filters and UV light. The pH and conductivity of the fluid is then recorded on the data logger for trending and alarm purposes.
Our True Precision Pressure Gauges are individually calibrated, hydrostatically tested and certified for deep-water use. The Subsea Company's proprietary engineering ensures that our will pass annual calibrations and recertification.

The Subsea Vacuum System provides two high-impact plastic casings to waterproof your equipment. One case houses the pump, hose and valve manifold assembly and the other houses two electronic chart recorders. Both are connected via hoses to pressure ports so you can simultaneously pull a vacuum on two different components that need have airtight certification.
The 5K rated Hotline Control panel provides three independent circuits for quickly and safely testing hydraulic equipment topside. The 316 SS panel fully encloses all plumbing, 5 control valves and two manually adjustable regulators.
